Spring has always felt magical to me. No matter how harsh the winter is, the natural world awakens, proving that beneath the cold, life was never truly gone—only resting, restoring, and preparing to bloom again. There’s something deeply reassuring about that cycle.
I no longer resent winter the way I once did. These days, I embrace it as a season of stillness, a time to slow down, reflect, and nourish myself. I can stay inside, wrapped in warmth, sipping tea by the fire, tucked under a handmade quilt. But as February fades and March arrives, I feel the stirrings of anticipation. I find myself searching for the first signs of renewal—the buds forming, the days stretching longer, the earth itself exhaling as it wakes.
Spring reminds me that hope is never lost. It invites me to remain open, to welcome new possibilities, and to reconnect with the values that matter most.
Years ago, I experienced my own version of a spring awakening when I discovered Human Design. In an instant, I knew this was the missing piece I had been searching for. The more I explored it, the more clearly I saw that I was meant to guide others in understanding themselves through this powerful lens. I often say, we are all born perfectly designed. That’s not just something I believe—it’s something I know to be true.
But then, life happens. And life, by its nature, shapes us. Some experiences lift us, helping us grow into who we’re meant to be.
Take a moment—think about the people who have supported you, the experiences that have expanded you. How does it feel to bring them to mind?
For me, it always brings a quiet smile and a deep sense of gratitude.
Other experiences, however, do the opposite.
They make us small.
They dim our light.
Some wounds cut so deep that we wonder if we’ll ever heal.
And yet, we do. Perhaps battered, changed—but we emerge. And if we allow it, we discover something new within ourselves: a strength we never knew existed. Maybe even a gift hidden in the survival.
Just like nature, our personal winters—our seasons of hardship—always give way to spring. And with it comes an opportunity for rebirth.
So this month, I encourage you to turn inward.
What within you is ready to awaken?
What part of you is stirring, longing to step forward, to be nurtured into something new?
If you’re feeling stuck, Human Design can be a powerful tool to help you navigate this transition. It can help you untangle the stories that have limited you, the beliefs that have kept you from stepping fully into your authentic self. It can show you that your perceived weaknesses are not flaws—they are part of your unique design.
That’s why I created my deep dive into Human Design. In our deep dive, you will come to understand yourself in ways you never have before. You will see yourself clearly, honor who you truly are, and step forward with self-love and confidence.
If you’re ready to embrace your personal spring and awaken to your full potential, I invite you to learn more here.
